When we discuss about the appearance as well as cost effectiveness of the coating then few technical things is taken care of. Even in some process like powder coatings in an Industrial Coating section expertise is used to meet the challenging cost. Although it is accepted that various customized products as well as techniques have been developed to meet customer demands. But still some factors play measure role for satisfying every aspect of work. Again when it comes to a large quantity of work then the cost saved in a small amount with a single job can be a major player for drastic change in the final cost of the project while summed up. So in industrial sectors always it has been a great practice to focus even on a small cost cutting techniques which is adopted to find a big result in mass applications.

Sometimes the customer do merely ask for decorative things to be done, more care to be taken for pigmentation section and the choosing of the material which effect than to the other things used. Keeping apart the things like Powder coating for some moment, sometimes high gloss becomes the demand. So in such industrial coatings to meet these expectations big amount of space for maneuver of gloss and color a particular segregation of function like giving two coats is best solution. In many cases the demand made of the coating can’t be met with a single paint film. In order to meet particularly stringent demands on the quality of coatings, where protective and decorative measures are of same priority, three and four coat systems have proven their worth. For example, in which the demanding requirements made of the paint finish can be met.The demands of cost effective production have a particular impact on formulation design. In the manufacturer of pigmented paints the incorporation of pigments in the paint formulation causes the greatest production input. The goal, therefore, is to identify the combination of pigments, film forming agents, additives and solvents which permit rapid dispersion of the pigment with the best possible component and thus the smallest possible volume.

Other than this longevity is the customer need from the manufacture. Because the protection used is should be able to survive in adverse environment in long term to give good return on the investment. Again it will also take care of low break down cost for the customer. Break down cost alone is not the matter of discussion but again it leads to the cost of down time. Because for each and every part no where the spares can be maintained. To reduce all these situations protective actions are always considered as preventive measures. Again Selection of the perfect coating does not mean the cost effectiveness of the coating. Rather it is always advised to select a pain which should play effective role while facing environmental effect like salty weather, Oily materials or wear and tear due to friction. So surface finish is the parameter along with which the pre-mentioned are also taken as key factors.
