Paul Iulo is a Fire Safety Director/Building Supervisor at Professional Security Consultants in Industry City Sunset Park Brooklyn working since February 2016. Besides this, he also works with Andrews International, which is owned by the US Security.

Besides work, Paul is active in a variety of sports, and always takes out some time for the games he loves. He considers sports the best way to exercise your body and mind, and believes everyone should devote their time for these fun activities. He also encourages others to play sports when they are free from work and on weekends. He has raised over $15,000.00 for his sons baseball programs in Holmdel NJ.

Football:

As the name suggests that football is a game in which players move the ball to the opponent’s goal posts using their feet. The sport is popular in European and Latin American countries, and has millions of fans worldwide. Football is a fine activity when it comes to exercising. As players are involved in walking, running and jumping, thus, it is effective in increasing the aerobic capacity. Other benefits include improved cardiovascular health, decreased body fat, muscle strength, and improved mental health. According to Paul Iulo, football is a great physical exercise, and everyone should take some time out from their busy schedule. It teaches us coordination and teamwork skills, which we can apply in our daily life.

Baseball:

Baseball is one of the favorite pastimes of the Americans. It is a great way to introduce children to the games. The baseball game includes running around the field, which improves the cardiovascular health. Additionally, players are also involved in throwing and squatting down, which helps in toning and building leg muscles.
