Higher yields for investors on Low property prices

Director of SPF Realty Ranjeet Chavan says that the last two quarters of 2016 should see higher demand in the Dubai real estate market.
This can be great news for prospective investors who are waiting for a Dubai property prices to come down before purchasing. In continuation, Chavan says that a lot of development in infrastructure is going-on in Dubai and with government’s large investment in Infrastructure projects there would be foreseen growth in tourism sector & more companies will forward to make their base for GCC & African Regions.
Chavan admits that Dubai property market went through a good correction phase in 2015. In the past few years, buyers/investors are well informed about the market conditions and Dubai’s real estate market has become a lot more mature. Developers with quality project combined with a reasonable price on a good location and innovative payment plan will emerge winners and attract investors.
In the meanwhile, ready properties on prime locations such as Business Bay and Downtown Dubai will continue to perform well. With operational community developments and completed Infrastructure these areas will run the real-estate market for the next few years. SPF Realty had achieved sales of over DH 2 billion 2015, an increase of eight percent from 2014. In comparison to 2015 SPF expects a 25 percent increase in Sales in 2016.

In the past recent years, Indians have emerged as the largest investors group in Dubai’s property market.
