PID controller (proportional integral derivative controller), is a feedback mechanism to control loop which is commonly used for control systems of industry. • D; it is based on the change of the current rate which represents the accounts for the errors of the future value.

It is not an underlying process but it relies on the variable of measured process and deals with the requirements of the specific process and can also be represented in terms of the error representative.

Using as a software;

PID controller is also tuning as software, as most of the modern industries accounts are so large and are not easy to manage accounts manually so PID software is used for all the major calculation and records of the accounts as it manages properly and shows all the errors and problems in the accounts and also gives the result of profit and loss statement. This software gathers all the data and develops the process models and suggest with optimal tuning. It induces the system of impulse and uses the system controller which frequently responds to the design of PID loop values.

Most of the optimal values are hard to find because of the error and trial take a few days in finding the loop values stable set. This software also delivers algorithms to make the tuning PID loops dynamic or non-steady state, and controls all the calculations parameters in control response through a disturbance with a dynamic process. It keeps all the records of the present and past values with all the reports of profit and loss.
