The pauses which occur, last somewhere for 10 seconds to a couple of minutes which can also be up to thirty minutes. This conditions is generally known heavy snoring and there are also a number of others symptoms also and this means that this disorder is there. It is not a chronic medical condition and one can easily overcome it by using some home remedies.
Sleep apnea treatment is treated as a medical disorder, however by making little changes in your lifestyle you can easily come out of this condition.

With the help of regular exercising, a person can easily get rid of the problem of sleep apnea. It is considered best to do exercise for at least 30 minutes on a regular basis.
Quit Smoking : If you are an active smoker and you also have the problem of sleep apnea then the first thing which you should do is to quit smoking as it can worsen the situation in a terrible manner. If you feel hard to quit it in a go, then the best way is to reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke in a day before quitting it.
Sleep on your abdomen and not on your back: When a person sleeps on his back then it can make the soft palate and tongue to rest at the back and it blocks the airway from there.
