A SCOTS style guru who created a hit blog from her bedroom is taking the internet by storm just months after launching.

Abigail Cullis set up The World Wide Wardrobe from her mum and dad’s home in September after finishing a law degree.

She already has 120,000 followers on social media, has designer brands inviting her to glitzy fashion events and has been nominated for top industry accolades.

And the 22-year-old can run the entire project from her bed in Thorntonhall, near Glasgow, if she wants to.

Abigail said: "I’m basically running it from my bedroom. It’s online, so I can literally open my laptop and do some blogging whenever I like.

"I can do it from my bed, which is great because nobody knows I’m in my pyjamas, or I can take a break when I’m at university and upload some new content.

"I’m treating it as a full-time job but because I enjoy it so much, it doesn’t seem like a job at all."

Abigail’s site was in the running for blog of the year for fashion and beauty and photography at the UK Blog Awards in London.

She is already making an income from the blog – which gets up to 1000 hits a day – and has a team of fashion writers.

Abigail is regularly sent samples and products from businesses and is invited to events by some of the biggest names in fashion, like Louis Vuitton, Prada and Ralph Lauren.

She hopes the site can one day develop into an online magazine and dreams of working for a designer brand in the future.
