Brandon Steven Looks to Further Grow His Wichita Car Dealership Empire

Brandon Steven knew from a young age that he wanted to sell cars in his hometown of Wichita, Kansas. He knew that he had an entrepreneurial spirit since he was a twelve-year-old boy. His first experience with selling cars wasn’t until the age of seventeen, though, which is when he began to work at an auto dealership. Steven enjoyed his time on the dealership lot. Every day he was on the lot he felt the adrenaline rush of trying to sell a car. It was a new feeling that he had never felt before, and it excited him. At first, he did not know how to sell a car or talk to his customers, but it did not deter him. Everyday Steven went back to the car dealership and practiced his sales pitch and new ways to interact with potential buyers. By the time he made it to college, Steven had become a good sales person.
He went to college at Southern Illinois University and focused a lot of his time with his fraternity; eventually becoming the chapter president of the Delta Chi fraternity. He also took part in the tennis, football, and water ski teams. After college, Brandon had saved enough money to open his first dealership- Brandon Steven Motors. With his first business, Steven wanted to renew the way that car businesses were run. He knew that he had the drive and passion required to accomplish this. His first automotive dealership was successful, and as a result Steven was able to expand his business and purchase another eight dealerships over the years.
It is not enough for Brandon Steven Wichita to have multiple car dealerships in the Wichita area, he wants them to thrive. He pushes his managers to improve the sales of each dealership every year. To accomplish this feat, Steven works tirelessly with his managers to find new ways to improve their dealerships. For all of his hard work, Steven has been recognized by the dealership industry. He currently has the fastest growing dealership in the country and he has won every award possible from Toyota- including the prestigious Toyota Board of Governors Award in 2013 and 2015. He is also ranked number one in Suzuki sales in the nation for the past four years.
Brandon Steven has worked hard to own and operate a string of prosperous Wichita automotive dealerships and has the awards and the recognition to support his efforts. He will continue to look out for more dealerships to purchase and expand his successful businesses.
