Preparation process

Steep for near about 5 mins, strain it in the bowl and allow the preparation to cool for few minutes. Thereafter, pour the tea in ice filled glasses, thereby seasoning it with lavender sprigs for making it more appealing.

Ingredients

Green tea bags-4, Sugar-? cup, Cranberry juice- ½ cup, Seltzer- 3 cups and Water-? cup

Preparation process

Heat water in the saucepan and mix sugar to it. Stir the water till the sugar gets completely dissolved. After it is being completely dissolved and cooled, steep tea bags in two cups of heated water for around 2 minutes. Then, remove the bags and allow it to cool completely. Thereafter, add cranberry juice and pour them in 4 ice-filled glasses. Before serving, top the preparation with chilled seltzer.

Green tea, mango and kiwi smoothie

It is known as a delicious smoothie recipe, which is being prepared by mashing fruits like mangoes and kiwi.

Ingredients

Diced mango- 2 ½ cups(frozen), Honey- ¼ cup, Vanilla yoghurt (fat-free)- ¾ cup, Lime rind- ½ tbsp (grated), Baby spinach- ½ cup, Bottled green tea-2 tbsp, Ripe kiwi (quartered and peeled)-3, Water- 2 tbsp, Ice cubes- 2 cups

Preparation process

Place ½ cup yoghurt, mango, 2 tbsps of honey, lime rind, water in the blender. Process the mixture for preparing a smoothie and stir it occasionally. Thereafter, pour this mixture in 4 glasses and keep it in freezer. Again, place ¼ yoghurt, 2 tbsp of honey, baby spinach, kiwi and remaining ingredients of the blender and repeat the very same procedure. Thereafter, mix the mango mixture with the green-tea mixture. Just garnish this combination with slices of kiwi and you are ready to serve it.
