I was never going to get into the ethical, legal, and moral issues of steroids. I'm writing this to open your sight to a New and Powerful Outlook, a body building epiphany, that will allow you to gain pounds and muscle safely.
I'll be by using a "tree" analogy in a moment, but first understand some bad information. It's a scientific reality, that genetics play a big role in our later physical development. Of course environment is also important, and while genetics as opposed to. environment is debatable in mental development, physical potential is largely genetic. According to your parents, there is a limit regarding how strong you are heading to be.
Take Arnold Schwarzenegger for example. Arnold at 19 was already big as a home. Arnold's father was an extra tall man with a clip or barrel chest, and Arnold's sis was big for a lady. They all had in common thick bones, and unusual height. This clearly gave Arnold an anatomical advantage over the skinny dude, because he had recently been twice as big, without having trained that much!

Extremely few people have got the requisite traits needed to become a champion weight lifter. You have to be born with the right bodily proportions to give you superior leverage, special muscle fibers, correct muscle length, etc. Training are unable to change this.
To not exhausted a dead horse, but my point is, no longer jeopardize your health, if you have always recently been the proverbial 90 pound. weakling. Of course you can triple your power with proper training, and stay far above average. Probably win some local body building contests. But you're not going in order to overcome genes.
