Here are some pro tips to fight flu related health problems.

Multivitamin are necessary

It’s not a secret that our lifestyles are a mess these days. Irregular and unhealthy eating habits are taking a tool on us all. Multivitamins are best for compensating the poor minerals and vitamins intake. They help in keeping immunity up and running and help fight flues.

Also multivitamins are not possible to gain from natural diet. There are some complex minerals and vitamins that can only be taken through supplements.

Sleeping is important

Getting enough sleep is necessary to keep body tissues and muscles repaired. Immunity is hampered if you have a lifestyle where you doze for less than 7 hours. Resting for at least 8 hours a day is a necessity. Especially if you workout then you need ample amount of sleep. Muscle construction and repair takes place when you are asleep. Awakening sleep deprived is only going to make you prone to flues.

Keep your energy levels checked

If you have episodes of dizziness or fatigue then your immunity will be low and flues are going to attack your body. If you have low energy, exercising should not be your priority. Improve your diet with multivitamins and supplements. Exercise if you must, keep it light and only 3 days a week.

Carbohydrate intake is a must for boosting body sugar levels. If you have low sugar then your body is going to release stress hormones that is going to make you sick for the worse. If you are working out, take at least 60 gm of carbohydrates an hour before you start. Also keep refueling your body taking carb rich food every 15 to 20 minutes.

Fend Off Germs

Proper hygiene is something obvious and everyone knows. The problem is not everyone is taking care of their hygiene equally. Women should be very particular about their body hygiene. to stop spreading of germs you should take all precautions. Avoiding Flu germs is necessary but not always possible every time. Wash your hands before eating. Always avoid using items like shared towels, staples and office accessories when you are already suffering from flu or vice-versa.

Green vegetables are necessary

Eating enough of green vegetables is a prime source of boosting antioxidants in your body. Antioxidants are very important to fight infections in the long run. If you are not able to keep your diet high on green veggies using antioxidants supplements can be useful.

Flu infections are not severe just need more caring and precautions.
