Every place has two versions that are characteristic of it. And so it is with Mumbai. By the day,it is a mesmerizing tale of workers making a living. The other is the magic of the night that is so far removed from the quaint work of the day. The night life in Mumbai provides lively entertianment including dance bars which are going to open to full houses very soon!

Entertianment with sea food

Mumbai is a tropical city and along with the live entertianment, sea food is simply divine. Local Maharastrain sea delicacies attract many diners to specific areas of the city. The more well known names include Mahesh Lunch Home, which is considerd as a sea paradise. If only food is on your mind, go at night to understand why it is so popular. Trishna is famous for crabs. Go to Gajalee for a upmarket sea food expierince. Even tourists love the place for its variety. The Salt Water café is another breezy place to spend a evening with friends. It si well lit and provides an ideal atmosphere to relax and get entertained. When you shift focus towards Juhu and Andheri, Pebbles, Highway Gomantak and Fresh Catch can be a delightful place to spend time. Some of the eateries are good value for money and are quite clean establishments.

The entire city is agog with a pub culture that is of international standards. Some of the most popular places to hang out with bunch of friends is café Leopold. Even Hard Rock café at Lower Parel is open every night to entertian guests with good taste in music and beverages. It also has a fabulous décor to boot.

Cannot do without dancing?

The disco er may have gone. But the dance floor can be burnt in some places. Those with energy left can simply move aorund in gay abandon in some of the most happening joints. If you are below 20, then hit the hot spots like Tryst and Escobar and Hype. The music scene never wavers and the tempo is upbeat. If you are upscale then Tote of the Turf, China House and Trilogy can be the best places to groove.
