The expanding and incessant demand for coffee products makes it quite obvious that there will be plenty of types and kinds of coffee available in the market. Likewise, the numbers of types of various coffees available in the market are quite mind-boggling, but in this article, we will restrict ourselves into learning more about the organic kind and the commercially produced ones because these are what we generally come across. Now, as is obvious, the coffee beans are being treated in a certain way to help in the brewing process, because no matter what the kind of the roast is, they must be ground and processed in certain ways. That being said, let's speak about the simple process of making the ground coffee or the coffee powder. The beans are obtained and from this, the roasting is done to the beans, to treat them in a particular way. Soon after, they are ground to form the powder.

Organic and conventional

We know the basic process of how the coffee beans are treated. Now, in between these processes, there exists certain important alteration, which changes everything for the bean. This is where the difference between an organic coffee and the conventional ones would lie. The conventional kinds of coffee are extremely toxic when compared to the organic ones because they are treated with chemicals to bring the flavor and the aroma, and what not. This does not only affect the brewing of it, but also affects the health of the farmers because they too are exposed to these chemicals. While, as can be said in the case of the organic ones, they are devoid of any chemical of any form and thus are the safer versions.

The organic coffee also helps in aiding the environment, simply because it does not add to the pollution. Since they are devoid of chemicals or even any additive, it helps the environment immensely and contributes in making this world and a better place. It also promotes a healthy ecosystem and reduces soil erosion. The organic ones are quite different in taste because you get the crude flavor of it.

The special kind

There is another kind of coffee beans, which differs a little from that of the commercial ones and those are known as the specialty coffee. These are the beans, which are grown in special microclimates and in a specially treated soil. The fuller taste and the little to no defects stand testimony to the very fact that they are different than the ‘premium’ coffees available in the market. The demand for this specialty coffee is grown in the recent market, because of the quality of the product.

These are the different kinds of coffees, one must be aware; to survive the pain of what life brings us in our daily lives. Roast it at home and make the most out of the beans and taste the richest and the most amazing coffees that you have only read about in books and are yet to experience.
