There are many communities all across the world and so there are various beliefs as per the belief and religious values of the community. There are at least 297 countries in this world and therefore there should be at least 145 weird festivals across the world. May be the weird ones exist but we have somehow managed to bring 7 of the wonderful and wacky festivals.

Burning Man Festival of USA: Each summer close to 50,000 hedonists gather in the Nevada desert for eight days of mayhem, culminating in the burning of a giant wooden. It began as a bonfire ritual on the summer solstice in 1986 when Larry Harvey, Jerry James, and a few friends met on Baker Beach in San Francisco and burned a 9-foot long wooden man as well as a smaller wooden dog. But nowadays the burning of a temple, as well as the Man, has become a regular activity at the event. For the brother and cousin seated in San Francisco send rakhi to San Francisco and keep them loved and blessed.

Cheese Rolling of UK: This popular festival involves hundreds of contestants chasing a wheel of cheese down steep, muddy Coopers Hill in Gloucestershire. This May 30 2016 would be the next date of this event.

Boryeong Mud Festival of South Korea: This weird festival was first time held in 1998 in Boryeong which is commonly known as Daecheon. The Mud Festival now attracts more than a million visitors to the South Korean city. Said to be rich in minerals, the mud for the festival is trucked in to Daecheon Beach for tourists and locals to enjoy. Activities at the festival include coloured body painting, "mud flat training", and face painting with mud cosmetics. This can be called as a Holi festival f sorts but only with mud.

Camel Wrestling Championship of Turkey: This wacky festival is commonly see in the Aegean region of Turkey and it involves two camels hitting each other until one gives in or is pinned down, with championships held annually in January in Selcuk. Often the loser will run into the crowd of spectators causing panic as onlookers try not to get trampled. There are thought to be 1,200 camel wrestlers (or Tulu) in Turkey, bred specially for the competitions. The inhabitants there really look forward to this time of the year.

Monkey Buffet Festival of Thailand: the population of monkeys in Thailand is really a lot. The visitors are sometimes scared by the activities of these monkeys in temples and monasteries. But a strange festival occurs at Lopburi situated in north of Bangkok known as Monkey Buffet Festival. On every November at least 4,000kg of bananas, apples, cakes and sweets are laid out for the notorious monkeys around a complex of 10th century temples.

Isn’t our world really beautiful with so many strange things happening all across the globe?
