• Pipes- The pipes are made up of slate, briar or clay and the tobacco is placed in the bowl from where it is inhaled by the stem.
• Cigars- They are made of fermented and air-cured tobacco rolled in tobacco-leaf wrappers.

Smokeless tobacco is generally consumed nasally and orally and no combustion or heat is required in that. Some of the types of smokeless tobacco are chewing tobacco, snuff tobacco and dissolvable tobacco.
