Niko Shefer is a committed individual who has worked hard for the sake of his career, and his ability to positively impact the lives of others. He is currently serving the University of Oslo as an academic and professor of English literature. He has been teaching English literature at the collegiate level for a number of years, and he strives to instill an interest in the subject in all of his students. He is also a youth minister in the community, and he takes pride in his ability to influence younger generations on a personal and academic level. He believes that today’s youth will be in charge of the world tomorrow, so it’s important to provide a positive influence in their lives for them to look up to.

As an academic, Niko Shefer is highly accomplished. English literature has been his interest ever since undergraduate school, and he has worked hard to make a name for himself in the field. Not only does he teach students at the collegiate level, but he has also published several books discussing various writers from the time period. One of his favorite subfields within English literature is the work of William Shakespeare. He is considered an expert on the famous playwright, and he has even been known to help out the university and theater department when it comes to adapting his most cherished works. Many of his books are being used to teach students in universities all over Europe and the United States.

More important than his own work in academia, is the work of his students. Niko Shefer believes that his duty is to the students he teaches, which is why he does what he can in order to support them inside the classroom. One of the reasons he is so successful as a professor is that he encourages engagement within the classroom setting. No matter what the day’s lesson brings, his students know that they will have to engage and participate in the discussion in order to get good grades in the class. Engagement and interaction in a classroom setting helps students retain important material more so than if they have to sit through a lecture simply taking notes.

Niko Shefer has been successful in the academic community of Oslo, and he hopes to remain relevant in the field for many years. He believes that there are still things to be learned from reading into the past works of writers like William Shakespeare, Mark Twain, and T.S. Elliot.
