7 to 8 Chapatis (A day prior)

Onion :1 Small

For Tempering:

Oil : 2 Tspn

Mustard Seed: ¼ Tspn

Squeeze of Asafoetida

Curry Leaves: 4-5

Turmeric Powder : ¼ Tspn

Red Chili Powder: ½ Tspn

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste (Approx. ¼ Tspn)

Lemon Juice : ½ Tspn

Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves

Formula for Phodnichi Poli :

Take left over chapatis. Mince them little with your hand and granulate them on the processor.

Cut the onion in little cuts.

Heat 2 Tspn in Pan, include mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red bean stew powder and curry takes off. Include onion and saute until translucent.

Include Chapati and mix over medium warmth. Include sugar and salt. Give a pleasant mix and cover the top and cook an additional 2 moment on low warmth.

Trim with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot!

You can few slashed organic products or carrot.

Notes : You can add any vegetables to make it more solid. Include slashed natural products or ground coconut while serving.
