Notes to use dental autoclave

1. Before use, please check if there is 4L water in the sterilizer, and if the water level surpasses the electrical tube.
2. Before heat-up, please turn the discharge valve wrench into "Discharge", in order to overflow the cold air in the barrel together with heating, otherwise it will not get the expected sterilizing effect due to the air prevention. After discharge, put down the wrench. If there is much gas leaking, just pull several times of the wrench.
3. During sterilizing the liquid, users should put the liquids into the hard anti-heat glass bottle, and the liquid volume should not surpass 3/4 of that of the glass. Tuck the bottle mouth with cotton gauze and twine line around the bottle neck.Please do not use rubber piston and cork without hole to tuck in case the bottle is cracked. The glass bottle should be placed in slightly bigger enamel or metal plate, once the glass is cracked, the liquid will not lose or damage the inner wall of the sterilizer. Please do not immediately release the steam after the sterilization is finished.
4. Please do not put products such as dressings and liquids of different types and sterilized demands together, in case of damage.
5. After sterilization, if the pressure meter points at "0" and the lid cannot be opened. Please turn the discharge valve into "Discharge" and let the air outside enter, then the lid can be opened.
6. After long-term use of the pressure meter, if it cannot point at "0", please repair it, and it should be checked regularly through standard pressure meter. Once under abnormal condition, please change a new one.
7. Ionized water or distilled water is better to add into the sterilizer, which can reduce the precipitation of the water chemical soluble matters to deposit under the sterilizer and on the electric surface when in sterilization and heat-up, ensuring not to affect the normal work of the tube.
8. After the rubber sealing ring is used for long time, please regularly exchange it.
9. When you do not use the sterilizer, please maintain it clean and dry in order to extend the service life.
10. After the sterilization, please open the lid and ensure the pressure meter point at "0", and turn the discharge valve wrench to "Discharge".
