Paul Iulo is a New York based Fire Safety Director who has worked for various reputed companies. He has a great deal of experience in training personnel involved in the fire safety works and handling related operations. He has received various licenses - NYS Security License; 8 & 16 Hours Security Certification; CPR and First Aid Certification; Fire Guard Certification; and Fire Safety Director FDNY Letter of Compliance. He worked for International Protective Security Agency for approximately a year. He served as a Fire Safety Director at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC, and was responsible for:

  • Maintaining all logs associated with Mount Sinai Medical Center activities.
  • Applying NFPA & FDNY building codes to a medical facility encompassing 12 buildings.
  • Conducting fire and evacuation drills.
  • Testing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
  • Inspecting fire extinguishers, sprinklers systems, emergency lights, standpipes, exit ways and construction areas on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Responding to all fire and trouble alarms and malfunctions; investigating all odors including gas and smoke. Paul Iulo is currently working for Professional Security Consultants. He is a diligent, hard working person who earned promotion to Fire Safety Director/ Building Supervisor in Industry City Sunset Park Brooklyn. He is training Deputy Fire Safety Directors in over 20 buildings that are included in the industry city complex. Besides PSC, Paul is also working with Andrews International where he is the Overnight Supervisor/FSD/ Assistant Security Director.

Paul wanted to become a Police Officer, thus, completed rigorous training at the New York City Police Academy. His police training was in fire arms, homicide investigations, auto crime, sex crimes, narcotics, latent prints, verbal judo, kidnapping and community policing. He started his professional career with the New York City Police Department in 1991. He joined as a Police Officer, and was involved in coordinating and executing community policing efforts, developing and maintaining a strong rapport with residents and merchants, and investigating and resolving public concerns. Owing to his dedication and hard work, he earned promotion within 6 years and became a Detective.

Paul Iulo‘s hobbies and interests include Baseball, Football, Hockey, and Photography. He enjoys these activities in his free time. According to him, sports provide lots of health benefits, which no other activities can offer. He is very active in his boys’ baseball programs in Holmdel NJ, and has contributed a lot in raising funds for the programs. He has raised over $15,000.00.
