4. Agreement between photographer and Model: - This type of agreement is executed between the model and the professional photographer when photographer shoots the photos of the Model and in return the model will pay the expenses of that shoot.
5. Agreement between Company and Model: - This agreement is executed between the company and the model agency, who is engaged in providing new and talented faces to the film industry and corporate clientele on regular basis, to provide experienced and right model keeping in mind the requirement of the company on such terms and conditions as mutually agreed between both the parties.
6. Agreement between Celebrity and Advertising Agency: - This agreement is executed between the Celebrity and advertising agency for brand endorsement. The advertising agency intends to use the name and the photos of the model for the brands on such terms and conditions as mutually agreed between the parties.
