Smart Brains has received the affiliation and Recognition from with the national Skill development corporation of India, Public private Partnership under ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. We took the initiative to support the skill development program by offering various courses under Pmkvy Scheme in order to make our youth self sufficient and independent to improve their quality of life through our industry experienced and highly trained faculty members.

India is reeling under the acute problem of the unemployment which in turn adversely affect the economic development will enable the youths to get blue-collar jobs. Development of skills, at an young age, right at the school level, is very essential to channelize them for proper job opportunities. In order to provide a balanced growth in all the sectors jobs Training should be imparted to the youth for equal development of all the sectors, and meanwhile a due consideration should also be given to build and enhance the soft skills of the youth through the soft skill development program."Skill in India" means to raise confidence, improve productivity and give direction to our young generation through proper skill development. As a part of the program we are targeting not just the remote areas but also looking forward to develop the rural areas. Corporate educational institutions, non-government organizations, Government, academic institutions, and society would help in the development of skills of the youths so that better results are achieved in the shortest time possible. We, at Smart Brains are working on hand in hand with the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Initiative "Skill Development Program" Under PMKVY with aim to evolve an appropriate framework, removal of disconnect between the demand and supply of skilled manpower through Vocational and Technical training, skill up-gradation, brushing up of new skills, improving the existing skills and their certification etc. Our training programs is designed in line with the qualification pack of the particular sector skill Council which meets the requirements of the EPC industry (Oil and Gas, Refinery, Fertilizer, food and Beverages plant, chemical plant etc. ) not in national level but also in the international level. We also organize the Kaushal Vikas Mela every year to create awareness of the skill development program, its objectives, purpose behind the Skill Development program, benefits realized in taking up the courses under the Skill Development initiative in shaping the career of the unemployed youth therby helping them to become self dependent.
