The Bristol Blues are hosting country-western star, Craig Morgan at Muzzy Field on Sunday, September 4, 2016. Tickets are available for the concert on the team's website.

"We couldn't be more excited to have an American patriot and 'Top 40s' country star singing at the friendly confines of Muzzy Field. Craig Morgan is providing award-winning music and family-friendly entertainment, said Steve Lindland on behalf of the Bristol Blues ownership group. "Craig is a veteran so we are hoping to fill the stand with veterans and anyone who supports our vets. Additionally, we are proud to have Scott Stevens and Mammoth Jack performing as well. Scott has a reputation of sounding like Keith Urban and Mammoth Jack will get the party atmosphere rolling!"

Craig Morgan is a combat veteran, who served with the Army's famed 82nd Airborne Division. Morgan was surrounded by music his entire life growing up in Nashville. His country music career started when he taught himself to play the guitar, which lead to him winning the U.S. Army Male Vocalist of the Year while serving in Korea.

"The turning point for me was a counseling session from one of my senior officers, a man by the name Bill Greer, my commanding officer, "said Morgan in an ABC Good Morning America interview on Jan. 7, 2014. "It was that man's comments that that made me say, 'I am going to try it.' If it weren't for some of my buddies in the military, I probably wouldn't have left the Army. They were like 'we believe in you.'"

Today, Morgan has been on America's Top 40, continues to tour all over the country and supports the United Service Organizations (USO) by entertaining troops overseas. He remains an Army Reservist.

Singer and songwriter, Scott Stevens will also be preforming. Stevens formerly sang with The Exies enjoying five number one singles. In 2010, Stevens left The Exies to pursue his passion for songwriting and producing.

"Remember how you felt the first time you heard Keith Urban? That's the way you feel the first time you hear Scott," said Ramblin' Ray Stevens, Country Music Association Major Market Personality of the Year.

Additionally, the Muzzy Field crowd will get to hear Mammoth Jack. Mammoth Jack bonded over their varied musical influences ranging form Merle Haggard to "ZZ Top" to "The Eagles." The group is proud of the fact that their live shows are like a big party!
