Third, if the user wants to save OST files to the desired folder click on the Browse option then select the path where the user wants to archive the file to. Note: With this process the user will be able to transfer all OST files except Contacts.

3. Move Items to new PST files:

This method is used to switch mailbox items in OST files in the new PST file. Following steps are needed to perform in this method. First, Open Microsoft Outlook. Second, create New PST file in the Outlook Profile.Third, drag all the folders from the mailbox to the new PST file. Note: User cannot drag Inbox, Contacts etc. into the default PST folder. User just can copy folders from OST to PST of Outlook. The main disadvantages of these methods are that it is only available to the user when they are connected to the Exchange Server.
