For business owners with multiple outlets, Facebook has now started their local awareness ads which will make it easy for them to attract customers from their local area. This will allow businesses using locations to add information from each of their local stores in the dynamic ad copy along with links and call to action buttons to their ads.

For instance, if a café with multiple locations in Mumbai decides to run local awareness ads, they could choose to automatically populate the city name in their ad copy. So, people in the Bandra area where the cafe is located will see an ad saying "Join us for coffee in Bandra", while people in Mumbai will see an ad which says "Join us for coffee in Mumbai."

Call-to-action buttons are also dynamic, so when someone clicks on the "Call Now" or "Get Directions" buttons, they’re connected to the store closest to them at that time. This helps advertisers spend more efficiently, since they’re only connecting with people likely to visit the store and the information they share is hyper-local and relevant.

This also simplifies the targeting because each store page has an address book associated with it. So, the advertisers can simply select the stores they want to run the ad for and choose a radius around each of the stores.

For better understanding of the target audience, following options can be now seen in the insights section.1. 1. Activity and Peak Hours

Business owners can now discover the busiest days of the week along with the times of the days with most activities. 2. Demographic info

Businesses can also generate demographics of local people in the neighborhood, which is information based on the age, gender and if they are local residents or tourists.

3. Ad performance

The major concern of most of the business owners is if at all the ads are reaching out to the targeted audience. Now advertisers can see the percentage of people who have seen the ad and also understand how well their ads are reaching their potential customers.

Business owners no matter where they are and how many stores they have, they can connect with their potential customers in a better manner.
