Today, there are number misinformation’s floating about recruiting or placement agencies, and people, especially, job seekers do not completely understand or know that what placement companies can do for them as a result they try to find a job on their own. After some time, they are still searching for jobs. But, these agencies can be an outstanding resource in helping people who are looking for employment. In this post, I am going to clarify some things by taking a look at top three myths, which are surrounding placement firms.

Recruitment Firms Charge Fees:

It is complete false because not all the agencies charge fees. Most of the well known or reputable staffing agencies never charge anything. However, these companies charge to client companies or organization by providing them the best and suitable employees. Some of the firms may take a little percentage of your first salary as their compensation. Candidates just need to do is submit their resume to staffing agencies and check up on application frequently.

Only Suitable For Finding Entry Level Jobs:Recruitment firms work with all kinds of companies that require employees in their organization, and the level of job can be from entry level to management level. Therefore, saying that they provide only entry level jobs is not justified. At present, companies are hiring everything from executive, high level professional to CFO’s through staffing firms.

Provides Only Temp Jobs:

It is not totally true as there are both types of placement agencies; one provides permanent jobs and other temporary jobs. However, there are lots of firms, which provide both the facilities so that always let your recruitment that what types of job you are looking for as well as the interested field.. Today, many companies outsource employees to such firms and hire people for their company so that no doubt jobs are real. Remember, staffing companies are best for those people who are looking for permanent jobs because part time jobs can easily find online.
