Sweat it out and in comfortable workout clothes

The most searched question on any browser would be ‘how to lose weight?’ this seems to be an eternal question and answers to it boil down to what forms the crux of the matter; eat right, work out often and sleep well. Physical activity is not only essential in burning calories but by working out, the body remains fit and active, mind remains stress free and that is probably why after a tiring day too people workout to de-stress. Why do we become unhealthy and inactive with age?

Against the popular belief that working out would only mean hitting the gym, so many use this excuse to avoid physical fitness but here are different ways in which you can work out at home and stay fit:

  • Buy any fitness DVD and workout at home, it could be anything yoga, aerobics etc.,
  • Those who love dancing can sweat it out happily dancing it all the way
  • Running is an excellent option, catch hold of some companions for entertainment
  • Use dumbbells for arm reduction and toning
  • Do two to three sets of sit ups, push ups respectively and crunches

What to wear while working out at the gym?

Women:

  • Wear cotton and linen tops
  • Avoid transparent tops; sweating would make it worse
  • Workout clothes should be loose and comfortable
  • Workout clothes should be washed every day before using to avoid insanitation.
  • An important part ofworkout clotheswould include proper undergarments(vests) to avoid public embarrassment
  • Track pants form the most preferred bottom workout clothes for women, wearing shorts would be uncomfortable while doing the push ups, sit ups, decide your comfort

Men:

  • Same goes for the men too, loose comfortable and soft textured workout clothes works best
  • Men can be equally comfortable in shorts or track pants

Workout clothes are fashionable and many leading clothing line has specially introduced workout clothes segment.

As goes the Buddhist principle which states that everything that comes together falls apart, staying young is not about chasing beauty, it would fall apart anyway but in choosing to stay fit and active. Remember body will give you what you give the body.
