How to fill vtueee application form

Introduction:

The VTUEE Examination is conducted by the Veltech Technical University (VTU). It is mainly conducted for the colleges in the city of Chennai for various under graduation, graduation and post-graduation courses in the stream of engineering. Thus it is named as the Veltech Technology Institute Engineering Entrance Exam (VTUEEE). This examination is a national level examination. The candidates will first be required to fill the application form online which will be made available on the website of the institute. It also includes payment of nominal application fee. The admissions in the college are done through a single window counselling.

REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION PROCESS OF Vtueee 2017.

Online mode:

Following are the steps to apply online:

• The candidate must fill in the details of contact, email id name etc. on the official website of the university.

• After this, the student will get the registration number using which he has to open his account and fill the application form.

• All the details for in the form are to be filled accurately. A recent passport size photograph has to be scanned and uploaded too.

• After filling the form, the candidate has to pay the application fee. The application fee is Rs. 950 has to be filled through Net banking/ Debit or Credit card/ Demand Draft or any other payment mode as described by the university.

• After submission, the candidate will receive an application code which will be referred many times in the future admission process.

• In case of payment through a Demand draft, the person has to submit the filled and submitted application form and the Demand Draft and to the address given below:

Offline mode:

Following are the steps to do the registration and application offline:

• The application forms will be made available at the university centres likes Regional offices of Veltech University, book shops, selective banks and post offices. From there the students can collect it by paying the application form fee. Of Rs. 950 which has to be paid by cash.

• The filled form can be then submitted to the centres from where the application form had been bought.

Following are some of the important notes regarding the application form:

• Whichever be the mode of application, the candidate must submit the application form before the due date. The submissions done after the due date will not be considered by the authority.

• In case of any mistake committed while filing the application, the candidate can immediately approach the authority and correct the error.

• Many applications in one name will not be accepted by the university.
