Pets and especially dogs can sometimes be a nuisance, when they get excited they like to jump around. When you have patio windows this can become a real problem. If they jump up them they are going to scratch the glass with their claws. One of the best ways to avoid having to remove scratches from glass on your patio is by using anti-graffiti film on your windows and they will remain safe.

Keep your glass protected: When you have anti graffiti film installed on your windows you are protecting the glass itself from any damage. The anti-graffiti film acts like a coating that just fits onto the glass. If your pet dog was to jump up the window he/she would only scratch the tint and not the actually glass. This is because it is 175 microns thick which is roughly 7mm giving you extra protection.

Anti-Graffiti film has got a special type of glue on it that is different to all the other tints you can get. The glue is what keeps it on the windows. However, this type of adhesive is easier to pull off. As the adhesive isn't too strong you are able to remove the film when it gets vandalized. It comes off without leaving hardly any residue on the glass. So when the ant-graffiti film gets scratches on it you can peel it off and replace it. This is a lot cheaper than buying new glass.

Features of the glass protection tint: As already mentioned in the previous paragraph the tint is 175 microns thick. But there are a few more features which you should know. Anti-graffiti film is optically clear so you can't even notice it once it is on the glass. As it is clear your income of natural light doesn't change at all. Therefore the room with this on the glass will remain nice and bright. When it comes to the glue that keeps it on the window; this is what is known as self-adhesive so there's no worry about buying the glue. It has a thin backing-liner covering it until the installation. You will need to remove it before you fit it.

There is more: You can find anti-graffiti film often on trains, shop windows, buses, bus shelters and anywhere you find vandals. It isn't just to protect against scratches but it is great for that. It also protects against spray paint. If some vandals spray painted something on your glass you could just remove the film and the glass would be fine. So if you own a shop in a busy area with vandals then this product will be perfect for your windows. Most trains and buses you would have been on have this on their glass and you didn't even notice. That just shows how unnoticeable it is.
