7. Again click next then follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Specify a name for this rule, then enter a name.
  • Step 2: Setup rule options, select the options for check boxes that you want.

  • If you want to run this rule on messages or emails that are already in the inbox folder, then select the Run this rule now on messages already in "Inbox" check box.
  • For apply this rule to all accounts set up emails in the Outlook, then select the Create this rule on all accounts check box.
  • By default, the new rule is turned on. To turn off the rule, clear the check box of Turn on this rule.

8. At last click the finish button.
