Depression is a worst kind of mental illness that may affect all the aspects of overall personality of a person. It is because depression is not just related to the mental aspect of a person but it has an adverse impact on the physical, social, emotional aspects as well. Even sharing your problems and worries with some close friend may help you to great extent in this regard. Isolating yourself means making the condition worse. v. Laughing and smiling has a great role to play in fighting off depression. It is because you may actually feel happy at heart when you laugh or smile. Watch some funny movie or TV show or listen to some jokes. It releases stress from your mind automatically.
