In this volatile and uncertain business world, strategic planning process is not so simple. It involves understanding of market, you competitors, your clients, your customer preference, and most important feature predication of Company growth.

Most of the Entrepreneur would like to speak or share his/her business issues with someone who has more experience than you and that person have the ability to guide him properly. A Mentor required in the Company that can help/guide to achieve the company "Vision – Mission, the Big goal and how do you grow company with his/her experience. Mentor not only help management to take his decision but also motivations and drivers of the people on your employee, team member.

your own drivers and needs, what is working and what isn't, where the core competencies are for the business and the individuals in it, how 'big' should a goal be, what is the 'vision thing' for your business, and how do you grow it and have a life at the same time.

A mentor should always remember the key foundations for business growth –it’s Goals, Strategy implementations, Customer and company employee, Execution and Reviews management decisions–On that the company will be able to make its future planning and strategic.

A mentor- businessman relationship is much deeper, more personal and longer term. A mentor is someone who serves as an example, an advisor, a sounding board and ultimately a friend. That last attribute is very important. A mentor cannot really be effective if they don't truly care for you, and vice versa. Truly effective mentors do what they do for one reason: They want to help you succeed. They aren't working with you to make money or to boost their egos, or to be able to claim volunteer time on their resume. They work with you because they are interested in helping people.

The right business Mentor /advisor can have a path breaking impact on your business during the worst period of your business. Business Mentor get involved with strategic business planning, acquisition of new company, new product launch, capital management and sale of company products. Business Advisors are professional person with a lot’s of year of experience in their respective areas. They can help the company when there is uncertainty or a critical situation or a lack of information about which path to take. Advisors are brought into the company to help round out the perspective on critical business issues. This can be any number of issues such as an acquisition of new company, increase sale, a capital raise from the primary or secondary market or new business or sister concern development.

One of the most prevalent roles of a business advisor is in advising on the time of merger and acquisition transaction. Market leader or MNC company always try to acquisition a midsized or their competitive company to reduce their market competition. Many companies does not have any experience to acquisitions so an outside advisor or business mentor is necessary.

As you meet and work with people, you'll start to develop the business and personal relationships that will move you forward. This is when a mentor can emerge. The process of finding a mentor is less about directly working on it as a problem and more about putting yourself in the position to allow such a relationship to develop.
