Laughter can indeed keep you very fit and healthy. People might engage in various types of activities, taking different types of medicines or stress busters, spending thousands of bucks to stay fit and healthy. There had been a famous experiment which tried to prove that laughter has tremendous health benefits. The participants of the experiment were made to watch a movie. Some of them were provided with a comedy movie while the rest were made to watch a stressful movie. It was observed that those participants who watched the comedy movie and laughed out their heart had more flow of blood through their veins as compared to the rest. The latter experienced a reduced blood flow.
