COIRI was the first company in the whole of Canada to introduce the scheme of publishing the benefits of salary compensation surveys on a large scale, which continues to compile an annual report for employees that receive an hourly income in Ontario and a salaried employee’s annual survey. These surveys are the most thorough and authoritative reports when it comes to wages in Canada and is the recognized benchmarks for the Ontario wage system. They also work alongside other companies and organizations in helping their employees with proper benefits, compensation, and human resource practices/policies, plus plans to suit everyone’s needs.

Surveys: At COIRI they offer four annual survey reports and give each client the choice of customizing their company compensation and benefits schemes. Below will detail the services provided.

  2. Separating the data collected.
  3. Compiling and presenting according to companies that pay a bonus or not.

Participation Surveys

This allows people to take part in the collection and compiling of surveys and enables the sharing of data and knowledge.
