WBJEE,NDA and NA - All on the same date!

Students who are preparing for WBJEE this year, are really anxious as exams like NDA and that of Naval Academy Institution would be falling on the same date i.e. April 23rd, 2017. The WBJEE Board is refusing to make changes with regard to the date that is a clash of two or more exams.

The Board Chairman of WBJEE said that about 55 examination bodies were already informed about the test dates in October.

A lot of educationists also have expressed concern over students appearing for NDA exam being deprived of giving the WBJEE. According to several schools, there are lesser applicants for the NDA and NA exams.

According to them, NDA is a rare exam which has an age bar unlike other set of exams which would allow students to appear only for a stipulated time frame. Also since there are lesser applicants for it, any candidate interested in pursuing NDA must go for it strongly.

A lot of candidates who are passionate about NDA and other exams are planning to give up the WBJEE.

West Bengal Joint Entrance examinations Board would be releasing the admit cards for the exam from April 10,2017 onwards. Candidates who have applied for the common exam would be able download the admit card from the official website of the Board.

The Wbjee exam determines admission to courses in Engineering,Technology,Pharmacy and Architecture courses in universities,Government Colleges and Self-financed institutes. The following steps are required to be followed by the applicants:

• The admit card would be required to be downloaded from the official website wbjeeb.nic.in
• Aspirants would be noting that admit cards would be available in the afternoon from 2 pm onwards
• Candidates are required to login using their date of birth, password and application number.
• The candidates would be able to download the admit card and keep it for future reference.
• A printout of the admit card should be kept for giving the exam.
• They must go through all the important instructions in the exam before applying for the same.

WBJEE exam would be conducted on April 23 for which the application deadline has exhausted. All the best!
