In the second place, exploiting the novel compound through recombining the magnesium oxide and other antibacterial materials. There are some main antibacterial materials: activated carbon and magnesium oxide, metallic oxide, magnesium oxide and chlorine, bromine gas and magnesium oxide, etc. The nano magnesium oxide powder were distributed evenly on the activated carbon matrix. For the staphylococcus aureus, it has excellent antibacterial property.

The chlorine and bromine gas in the halogen element is strong bactericide. However, the high vapor pressure with poison can’t be used alone. Therefore, it inhibits the recombination between electron and hole, increase the photocatalytic efficiency and improve the mold resistance.

In the production practice, the nano magnesium oxide plays an important role in developing many antibacterial materials, such as the antibacterial ceramics, antibacterial plastics and so on.
