Stock market refers to the place where sellers and buyers meet for selling, buying and exchanges of issuing and trading of equities i.e, stock of publicly held companies, bonds and other sorts of securities takes place, either through formal exchanges or over- the- counter markets.When you are thinking to invest in market then you should take some Stock tips from the providers in order to earn profitable returns.

Stock market is a loose network of economic transactions and its not a physical facility or distinct body pf stocks which represent ownership claims on businesses. We can say that stock market,equity market or share market is the collection of buyers and sellers.

The Stock market is divided into two main section:

1. Primary market.

2. Secondary market.

The Primary market is a place where new issues i.e Securities are sold first through initial public offerings (IPOs). Institutional banks (non bank person or organization buy most of these shares and invests on behalf of their members) from Investment bank.

The Secondary market contains all the subsequent trading, where participants includes both institutional and individual investors. A company uses money raised from its IPO to grow, but once its stock starts trading, it does not receive funds from the buying and selling of its shares.

Moreover, equity market and share market are also known as stock market and the stocks of larger companies are usually traded through exchanges, bodies who helps in bringing together buyers and sellers in an organized manner where stocks are listed and traded.

Most stock market trades are executed electronically, and even the stocks themselves are almost always held in electronic form, not as physical certificates

To keep yourself on a much safer side of the market in order to reap the maximum benefits getting proper tips are very important. If you feel that you like to take risks then stock market is the best place for you. You need to concentrate on market trend and its conditions so that you can find the right time to invest in the stock market. And in order to remain on a much safer side it is very important for you to know the insights of the working of the share market and get some tips before you invest. This will not be 100 percent accurate but yes you can save yourself from maximum loss.

The more knowledge and tips you gather from the stock market, the more benefits you can achieve. There are investors who can never think of making a good decision themselves and they try to get some tips from their friends in the market. But at the end of the day they have to lose all their money because of the reason that they got the wrong information of the market from their friends. There are also some sections of people who try to get rid of investing in the market after losing all their money in the market. But it is to be noted that stock market is always full of risks and so you have to tackle it. It does not mean that you would always incur huge losses in the market.
