1888PressRelease - Master Chef Zhigang Wang expands the Ohjah brand, opens multiple Ohjah Noodle House restaurants.

Las Vegas, NV-AZ - The very popular Las Vegas based Ohjah Restaurant Group, with four bustling Japanese Steakhouse locations throughout the Vegas Valley, opens the first two Ohjah Noodle Houses.

Owner Chef Zhigang Wang trained in Japan and learned all the various Japanese cooking styles, but the opening of Ohjah Noodle House is very close to his heart. "My very first restaurant I owned was a Ramen shop in Guam" says Mr. Wang proudly.

The same commitment to quality and tradition that is at the core of the Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse philosophy continues with Ohjah Noodle House. "We are dedicated to make sure Ohjah noodle house can be just as popular as our Hibachi concept".

Ohjah Noodle House opened the first location on the west side of the Valley at Durango & Warm Spring and followed by quickly opening another location on the east side, in Henderson.

Both restaurants are similar in design, warm wood wall, with Japanese accents and lighting.

Noodle House will also offer guests freshly prepared cuisine from a thoughtful menu. Tantanmen, Mr. Wang's personal favorite as well as Shoyu, Tonkotsu, Miso, Shrimp and oxtails soups are highlights of the Ramen selection. Appetizers included: Fried oyster, Takoyaki, Yaki Gyoza, Tako Wasabi, Squid or Shrimp skewers and more.
