First, you draw and design the look of the house with the help of an architect and engineer and then the builders actually build the house. You can start from floor plans or from scratch with an architect and all the final choices are yours.

Modulars Appreciate in Value Just Like Traditionally Built Homes

Due to the fact that they are structurally identical to on-site built homes, modular homes also appreciate in value in the same way. Unlike mobile homes that immediately begin depreciating, your modular will almost always increase in value over time. This is especially true if you have a custom-built modular home, as those neighborhoods full of identical cookie-cutter modulars typically don't have the same appeal or value as custom-designed homes.
