Joining a Skype for Business meeting or conference call is as simple as clicking on the meeting link. You can do it from anywhere you are; airport, café, library, home, office and other places. Page not found or Page cannot be displayed Error

Security Warning

You computer must have the latest version of OS, audio and video drives, software application updates and latest Skype for Business version. Update them.

Now that the system is updated, clear cached credentials of previous logons. Do this with the following steps:

• Click on start and click Run. Type certmgr.msc and then click OK.
• Expand Personal and then Certificates.
• Search for the certificate issued by communications Server. Simplify your search by sorting by ‘IssuedBy’ column.
• Make sure that the certificate hasn’t expired.
• Delete the certificate and sign in to Skype for Business Online. If you can’t sign-in move to next step.

Remove user’s Skype credentials from the Windows Credential Manager. Follow the steps below:

• Go to Start>Control Panel>Credential Manager.
• Find the set of credentials used to connect with Skype for Business Online.
• Expand them and click on ‘Remove from Vault.’
• Now try to sign in to Skype for Business Online and type new credentials.

Meeting URL is not valid or Identity Issue

The above error occurs when two users share same user name and same Office 365 organization. The process of generating meeting URLs will generate same URLs for both the users. This causes the online conference to become corrupted.

In order to resolve the issue, change the user name of any one of the users to avoid duplicity.
