Step 1) Log in to your Hotmail account by entering Hotmail credentials.

Step 3) Go to the ‘Sending automated vacation replies’ link in the ‘Managing your account’ section.

Step 4) You just need to disable the ‘Send vacation replies to people who email me’ option. This will turn off your auto-response function.

Hotmail auto-response system will remember who a vacation reply was already sent to, so repetitive mailers will get only one vacation response automatically.
