Sprayer- A spray bar and the ancillary components together form the spraying system. The spray bar elongates to almost twice its length when it opens. The spray bar comes with height and width adjustment facilities. In case the sprayer is taken to some other place or is not in use, the spray bar can be removed and kept separately. For further convenience, the sprayer is attached to a hand spray pipe. It is helpful in covering roadsides and places where it is difficult for the spray bar to reach.

Cleaning system- After carrying all the bitumen, an effective cleansing system is necessary for the machine. An effective and easy cleaning system ensures further use of the bitumen sprayer. It is cleaning using the air compressor and diesel.
