The simple conception of this term "Proper Self Care" is caring for oneself. But if you are unaware of your own potential, then it is challenging to realize what you can do and what you can’t. To be very honest, there is nothing in this world that you can’t. You can do a lot of things that are unimaginable as well as powerful.
In this post I will take you a bit close towards spirituality. If you think yourself as a spirit, then nothing is limited. But in the form of a human it is limited. Exploring it and its potential is what the nature of life is. In fact it is the only way that ensures the evolution of the human species.
Evolution of the Human Species will come ONLY through YOGA and MEDIATION
Every life on earth has a soul. But only a human being has the intelligence to utilize its worth. If you take the general type of evolution we are ongoing, it is machine learning and the age of internet. But they are materialistic and keep no direct connection with self realization.
Self care has everything to do with spirituality. It is because, if you are going on with the use of gadgets and think to make life easier, you are letting materials do the job for you. This means that you are not taking care of yourself. Physical fitness is of utmost importance and comes first in the process of life.
Exercise and hitting the gym is only a small part of self care. The bigger picture lies with YOGA and MEDIATION. You are in constant search for up-gradation because you want more out of your life. While it is dormant in you, you need to realize who you are and focus on yourself. This will aid in proper self care and help you attain the path of ancient yogis! This doesn’t mean that you have to leave everything and sit for meditation. This means that once you start, you will start to feel the changes.
