Here are 5 magical Amul cream recipes you should try at home:
1.Fruit Cream-
Amul fresh cream.
Rosewater.
Sugar.
Fruits and dry fruits(of your choice).
Take amul fresh cream in a bowl.
Place the bowl in freezer and whip the ingredient. This helps the whipping.
Mid-way through add sugar and rosewater and continue whipping till it rises. Do not over whip it as it turns into butter. Once done, chill the mixture.
Add the fruits and dry fruits of your choice before serving.
Serve chilled.
2.Cream Biscuits-
2 cups self rising flour (Maida).
1 Tbsp sugar.
1 ½ cup Amul cream.
Preheat the oven to 260?.
Stir all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
Fold it in half and knead both halfs 5-7 times, constantly adding enough flour to keep it from sticking to the sides.
Roll out the dough to half inch thickness and cut out shapes using a biscuit cutter.
Place on baking sheet covered with cooking spray. Keep 1 inch between each biscuit.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
3.Panna Cotta-
- cup water.
1 fresh vanilla pod.
1 tsp gelatin.
- cup sugar
2 ½ cup Amul cream.
Boil the water. Turn off the heat once boiled and add gelatin. Stir continuously till it dissolves completely.
Meanwhile, add the dairy product in another pan and heat it on a very slow flame.
Add an opened vanilla pod, half cup sugar and gelatin to it.
Take the vanilla pod out and keep to cool in a separate jar. Once cooled add to the mold and place it in refrigerator for 2 ½ hours.
Demould it when serving.
4.Creamy Scrambled Egg:
2 tsp oil.
2 eggs.
1 tbsp Amul cream.
- tsp chopped parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oil in pan and break eggs directly into it.
Once the eggs start bubbling, add Amul cream into it.
Keep stirring continuously till it is scrambled.
Add parsley, salt and pepper. Give it a final stir.
Serve hot.
5.Chocolate Ganache:
Chocolate.
Amul cream.
Butter.
Place chocolate in heat proof bowl.
In another bowl, take Amul cream and bring it to a simmer.
Spread it over the chocolate and let stand until the chocolate softens.
Add butter and give it a mix.
Let cool slightly before using.
