10 Condensed Milk Recipes Under 5 Minutes

One of the most famous names in condensed milk is Amul mithai mate. Generally, condensed milk contains many calories, but it also has many benefits of its own. The first and the most important benefit is the taste. The sugary, sweet and syrupy thing improve the taste of any dessert. We are not telling you to consume one can at a time, but small portions of desserts after a meal can help to keep your mood light. As it is a milk product, it contains enormous amount of calcium, which is good for your bones and teeth. It also contains potassium, magnesium and vitamin A. The carbohydrate and protein content in this product also is excellent. So, this is one of the product which provides you with nutrition and taste. Enjoy it!

Here are 10 condensed milk recipes you can prepare under 5 minutes:

Mango Super-shake:

    • Ingredients-

      • 2 ripe mangoes, chopped.

      • 1 cup milk.

      • 1 cup Amul Mithai Mate.

    • Process-

      • Blend all the ingredients together.

      • Chill the mixture.

      • Add ice and serve chilled.

Iced Mocha:

    • Ingredients-

        • tin milkmaid
      • 3 cups milk.

      • 4tsp instant coffee.

      • 9-10 ice cubes.

    • Process-

      • Blend in all the ingredients together.

      • Serve while the mixture is still frothy.

      • Garnish with cocoa powder.

Orange Delight:

    • Ingredients:

      • 3 tbsp gelatine.

      • 2 cups cream.

      • 1 tin Amul mithai mate.

      • 3 cups orange juice.

    • Process-

      • Soak gelatine in a little amount of orange juice.

      • Heat over hot water (double boiling method) till it is dissolved.

      • Meanwhile whip the cream.

      • Add evaporated milk, orange juice and gelatine mixture.

      • Pour into any shape of mould you like and chill.

      • Remove from mould and serve.

Pedha:

    • Ingredients-

      • 300 gms milkmaid.

      • 3-4 tbsp milk powder.

      • 1 tsp cardamom powder.

      • 1 tbsp ghee.

    • Process-

      • Mixx the first three ingredients properly. Make sure the mixture doesn’t contain any lump.

      • Pour this in a non-stick pan and heat.

      • Heat until it thickens.

      • Add ghee and continue stirring.

      • When mixture starts leaving the edges, turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool it down slightly.

      • Makes pedha shapes, once the mixture is slightly cooled.

Strawberry Ice Cream:

    • Ingredients-

      • 2 cups whipped cream.

      • 1 tin Amul mithai mate.

        • teaspoon vanilla extract.
      • 3-4 tbsp strawberry jam.

    • Process-

      • Mix all the ingredients together.

      • Pour into a tray.

      • Chill the tray.

      • Scoop it out when you wish to serve.

Chocolate Fudge:

    • Ingredients-

        • tin milkmaid.
      • 5 Oreo biscuits.

      • 1 chocolate bar.

    • Process-

      • Crush the Oreo biscuits.

      • Add in the other ingredients and mix.

      • Chill it in the freezer.

      • Serve chilled.

Choco-walnut spread:

    • Ingredients-

      • 1 tbsp butter.

      • 4 tbsp cocoa powder.

      • 50 gms chocolate.

      • 1 tin Amul mithai mate.

      • 4 tbsp chopped walnuts.

    • Process-

      • Melt the butter over a gentle heat.

      • Add in cocoa and chocolate and let it melt.

      • Add in evaporated milk.

      • Cook till it thickens.

      • Add the walnuts.

      • Put out the heat and let it cool.

      • Store it in a glass jar.

      • Spread over anything like bread, roti, etc.

Kaju Katli:

    • Ingredients-

      • 1 cup Cashew nuts.

      • 1 cup water.

        • teaspoon Cardamom powder.
      • 3 tbsp milkmaid.

    • Process-

      • Grind the cashews with the help of grinder, turn it into powder and keep it aside.

      • Heat water in a Kadai on medium flame.

      • Once heated, add the cashew powder, cardamom powder and the dairy product in it.

      • Keep stirring this mixture on low flame till it becomes thick. Take it off the flame in a bowl and cool it down.

      • Knead it into a dough and flatten as per desired thickness with greased rolling pin. Cut it into the kaju katli shape (diamond shape) and cool it further.

      • Fruit Salad:

          • Ingredients-

            • 1 cup fruits of your choice (opt for seasonal fruits).

            • 1 cup Amul mithai mate

          • Process-

            • Chop the fruits in required shapes.

            • Put them in a bowl.

            • Pour the dairy product over it.

            • Serve cold.

        Gulab Jamun Crescents:

          • Ingredients-

            • Gulab jamun

            • Milkmaid

          • Process-

            • Cut the jamuns in half.

            • Place them in a plate.

            • Pour the condensed milk over it.

            • Serve chilled.
