Colourful foods: ‘You are what you eat’ is a very true saying, which has its direct association with skin. It also implies that ‘your skin is what you eat’. If you eat the unhealthy foods like loads of meat, fried, salty and processed foods, the immediate effect is found on your skin. Eat a lot of colorful foods in red, yellow, green, orange, etc. nothing but loads of fruits and vegetables.

Do not avoid fat in your diet: When you are recommended to take the colourful foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, you should not avoid milk products. Avoid excessive sun exposure. If you have expose the skin to sun in some situations, eat some papayas, berries, carrots and tomatoes; which are effective in fighting against the UV rays.
