ICAR 2017 AIEEA And Counselling Dates Announced

After a week-delay, the Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) has announced the results of Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG) and Junior Research (JRF) exams. Earlier this week, the official site of ICAR had given a tentative date i.e. June 30 (Friday). However, the official sources confirmed that the results would be declared in the first week of July. The official notification read: The result of AIEEA-UG, AIEEA-PG and AICE-JRF/SRF (PGS) - 2017 are likely to be declared by 5th July, 2017.
The candidates who appeared for the exam can check the results announced on the ICAR’s official site. Online registrations of the UG/PG exams took place back in April in 2017. The exams were finally conducted on June 10 (Saturday) and June 11 (Sunday) in 2017 for the candidates seeking admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and other courses related to agriculture development and research.
Counselling Dates: The shortlisted candidates would now appear for online counselling as per the schedule given by the official sources.
NOTE: Dates for the online counselling are tentative. The ICAR will confirm the final schedule of events soon.The 2017 All India Entrance Examination for admission (AIEEA) to Bachelor (UG) was conducted in order to fill the 15% seats for Bachelor Degrees and full 100% in Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agriculture University, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Agriculture University and the National Dairy Research Institute. Also, the Entrance Exam would help fill 25% seats for PhD programs in the field of Agriculture and Allied Science.For more updates on the counselling, visit the Council’s official site: www.icar.org.in
