Fruit juices, especially the 100% pure juices are made from real fruits. Very less people know that the 100% juices do not have any added sugars in it. The product is one of the most nutrient rich product in the market. It contains many healthy nutrients such as vitamin C, folate, potassium and thiamin.

With so many benefits for the human body, why don’t we learn some awesome and yummy Juice recipes which can make the body healthy.

Here are 8 mind blowing juice recipes which are worth trying

1.Strawberry Pops

Ingredients:

-1 ¾ cups Mixed Fruit Juice

-1 banana, peeled and sliced

  • cup Quaker Oats

-1 ½ cups sliced strawberries

-2 tbsp honey

Procedure:

-In blender, blend pure juice, banana, 1 cup strawberries, oats and honey together.

-Pour into ice pop moulds.

-Divide remaining strawberries evenly among moulds. Insert wooden sticks into each pop and freeze for 8/10 hours.

2.Orange Sorbet

Ingredients:

-2 cups orange juice

-3 bananas

-1/4 tsp ginger

-1/2 tsp vanilla

-Ice cube tray

-Food processor

-Baking sheet

Procedure:

-Fill your ice cube trays with orange juice and freeze until solid.

-Cover baking tray with paper and lay sliced banana flat on it.

-Freeze them for 8 hours.

-After both the ingredients are frozen, put the cubes and frozen bananas in the food processor and mix them until they become a crumble.

-Mix some more until it becomes smooth and creamy.

-Add a bit of ginger and vanilla to enhance the taste.

-Mix till the mixture is smooth and sorbet-y like creamy.

-Serve cold.

3.Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • cup Mixed Fruit Juice
    • cup Coconut Milk

    -Mango

    -Frozen Strawberries

    Procedure:

    -Add all the ingredients in a blender.

    -Add some ice cubes and mix.

    -Serve chilled.

    4.Chocolate Orange Protein Balls:

    Ingredients:

    -1/2 cup Orange Juice

    -1 cup deseeded dates

    -1 1/2 cups Quaker Oats

    -1/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts

    -1/2 cup shredded and toasted coconut

    -1/4 cup cocoa powder

    Procedure:

    -Soak dates in hot water for about 10 minutes.

    -Drain and squeeze to release excess moisture. Set aside.

    -Add oats to food processor; grind until a coarse powder forms.

    -Add walnuts, 1/4 cup coconut, and cocoa powder.

    -Grind until finely ground.

    -Add dates and orange juice; process until mixture comes together into a ball, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Roll mixture into balls and coat with remaining coconut.

    -Place on parchment paper–lined tray; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve.

    5.Mango Thunder

    Ingredients:

    -4 oz Mango Juice

    -1 oz white rum

    -1 oz Tequila

    -1/2 oz amaretto liqueur

    -Lemon juice

    -2 pineapple wedges

    -1 strawberry

    -Ice cubes

    Procedure:

    -In cocktail shaker, combine Mango, white rum, Tequila, amaretto, lime -juice and strawberry.

    -Add ice and shake well.

    -Strain into glass filled with ice cubes.

    -Garnish with pineapple.

    -For a blended cocktail, add all ingredients and 1 cup (250 mL) of ice to blender; blend until smooth.

    7.Sweet Lime Sangrita

    Ingredients:

    -3 cups Mosambi

    -1/2 bottle white wine

    -6 oz Tequila

    -60 mL lime juice

    -Soda water

    -4 cups cubed Sweet Lime

    -6 wedges Sweet lime

    -1 lime, thinly sliced into 6 rounds

    -Ice cubes

    -1 cup granulated sugar

    -1 tsp salt

    Procedure:

    -In small plate, mix sugar and salt together. Rub rim of glass with lime wedge. Place glass, rim side down, in sugar mixture to coat evenly; shake off excess.

    -Repeat with remaining glasses.

    -In large pitcher, smash Sweet lime; add Mosambi, wine, Tequila and lime juice.

    -Refrigerate until well chilled; stir well.

    -Pour over ice cubes in prepared glasses.

    -Add soda water. Garnish each glass with sweet lime wedge and lime slice.

    8.Green Smoothie:

    Ingredients:

    -2 cups Mixed Fruit Juice

    -1 cup baby spinach

    -1 ripe banana, sliced

    -2 tbsp honey

    -1 ripe avocado, diced

    -1 cup ice cubes

    Procedure:

    -Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

    -Add a nut butter to enhance the flavour.

    -Serve cold.

    8.Breakfast Cookies:

    Ingredients:

    • cup Orange Juice

    -1 ½ cups almond flour

    -1 ½ cups old fashioned oats

    • tsp baking soda

    -1 tsp ground cinnamon

    • cup almond butter
    • tsp kosher salt
    • cup honey

    -1 tsp orange zest

    -1 cup dried cranberries

    -1 tsp vanilla extract

    • cup coarsely chopped toasted almonds
    • cup shelled pumpkin seeds

    Procedure:

    -Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

    -In a large bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, almond flour, baking soda and add salt.

    -In a medium bowl, whisk almond butter, orange juice, honey, orange zest and vanilla extract. Pour into oat mixture and stir in all the remaining ingredients.

    -Mix until ingredients are well combined. Drop ½ cup dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake until the edges are golden.
