T is for Trains

From Perth you can take one of the most spectacular train journeys in the world, on board the legendary Ghan, that travels from Perth, through the Northern Territory, and into the heart of Australia’s Outback. The Ghan is a fantastic way to see Australia’s ancient rock formations and desert landscapes up close. From the Ghan you can take desert inspired side trips across on camel back.

W is for Wine & Whales

Surrounding Perth is the famous wine region of Margaret River, just a few hours drive from the city. The Margaret River region provides some of Australia’s top quality wines, and boasts beautiful vineyards that hug dramatic coastlines, which offer some of the best spots in the world to see migrating whales.
