1. Water

Every product of nature has got some treasure to be explored and water is one of the biggest treasures of the nature. Taking adequate amount of water is the most effective remedy that prevents various diseases. Water is one of the essential elements for healthy skin. It is the natural detoxifier as it removes the toxins from the body. Toxins clog the skin pores, which prevents breathing. Detoxification rejuvenates the skin and removes the dead skin cells, which in turn assists in treating the acne. Drinking lot of water also gives you a glowing skin.

2. Have some homemade facial scrubs

It is absolutely impossible for the teens and youngsters to avoid wearing makeup and visiting the parlours for beauty treatment. If you want to cure acne naturally, avoid visiting the parlours and create a parlour in your home. Get some facial scrubs as follows.

Oatmeal Mask: Mix the boiled oat meal with a pinch of honey and wash after 20 minutes.

Honey:  Apply some honey on your face to cleanse the skin.

Fruit Scrub: Go for fruit scrubs like papaya, apple, mangoes, cucumber, etc. Make the paste of the fruits and apply it on the face. You can choose to apply the fruit paste directly on the paste or mix it with honey.

Orange scrub:  Make the paste of the orange skin (skin of the fruit) and apply it on the face for 15 minutes.

3. Drink the spicy herbal teas

Drinking some spicy and herbal tea like green tea, tea with ginger and cardamom, fennel, etc. improves the skin health and treats the acne.

4. Load yourself with lots of fruits and veggies
