Since 1998, FUSION has designed and manufactured a diverse range of fall protection and safety solutions for the industrial, outdoor sports and adventures, construction, rigging, zip line and commercial OEM industry. In 2005, FUSION expanded its reach and expertise to include Law Enforcement and the U.S. Armed Forces with Fusion Tactical. For over 18 years, our customers have relied on FUSION for custom-sewn safety products that meet their precise specifications, production needs & quality standards. FUSION’s in-house designers and engineers assist customers with hardware parts and research & development with the latest technology in design and 3D modeling programs. Our Tactical line is durable, strong and MIL-SPEC to stringent standards, yet affordable and practical for the everyday civilian. We provide patented buckles for various brands and government agencies and our buckles comply with ANSI ratings and include 3rd party testing certifications.

We continuously strive to improve our existing product lines and work to develop new products that not only meet, but exceed the safety standards set by the UIAA, CE and ANSI. Affordable and practical, our belts and harnesses are hand-made right here in Chino, California. In addition to our own in-house testing procedures, we also use 3rd party testing facilities such as John Batchelor, Midwest Testing and Exvo OCM Test Laboratories.

Because our belts and harnesses are fully designed and manufactured in our Southern California Facility, we can customize virtually any combination of buckles, colors, widths, sizes, etc. to fit your needs. Be sure to contact us for more information on customizations!

• 1.5" Epic Interior Trouser Belt

Our Epic Trouser Belt is a light duty liner belt; light weight, constructed of a single layer of 5,000 lb rated 1.5" base webbing, soft to the touch, yet rigid enough to be worn daily and/or carry conceals. The belt is equipped with a velcro loop on the outer layer for quick attachment to the Fusion Epic MOLLE Belt and/or the Modular Belt system in seconds. $59.00

• Epic Modular EVA Waist Pad 4.5" Wide

A Modular Pad System that is to be attached and detached as needed. Made with 4.5’’ EVA Memory Foam for lumbar support, helping to spread out the belt load. The inside of the pad is equipped with mesh lining for moisture control, a full length hook for quick attachment to the Epic MOLLE BeIt, with heavy duty mesh covering. One side has a full length 1.5? velcro hook, and the other has the 1.5? loop. This pad has positive buoyancy and dries quickly. $75.00

• Epic 16-Slot MOLLE Belt

This awesome utilitarian belt is made from 5,000 lb rated UV/resin treated MIL-SPEC Type 13 webbing, with MOLLE surrounding the outer belt. The inner belt lining includes velcro hooks that can be used to adapt to your trouser belt with minimum amount to movement, making it a single unit design. Equipped with the Raptor™ quick-release aluminum buckle for fast donning and doffing, the rigid wall construction is reinforced with 3 layers of webbing, and a load bearing escape/utility loop when needed, making this the best load bearing Duty Belt on the market. $135.00
