Make natural air freshener

If you don’t like using chemical cleaners or air fresheners at your home, you can make your own deodorizer. Use essential oils, like tea tree, eucalyptus, lemon grass, peppermint oils which have antibacterial properties. They are an ideal alternative to household cleaning products.

Make essential oil disinfectant by mixing a few teaspoons of your favorite oil with water. You can also blend some aromatic oil in it. Fill this solution in a spray bottle and sprinkle it in your entire home to refresh it.

Deodorize the fridge

In several cases, fridge is the main source of foul odor at home. One of the most common solutions to it is to place an open pouch of baking soda and place it in any corner of the fridge. Change it regularly and keep it away from vegetables. Sodium bicarbonate has natural chemical properties to soak bad odors.

Cigarette smoke

If there is a smoker in your house, then s/he might be reason of stinky smell. For an occasional lighting up in the house, opening windows and using air freshener will remove the smell.
